Welcome to Detail 360. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, requesting

quotes, booking services, communicating with us, and receiving text messages from Detail 360.

By using our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, purchasing services, or

communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

In these Terms, “Detail 360,” “Detail360,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Detail 360. “You” and “your” refer to the customer,

website visitor, vehicle owner, or person using our services.


2. Our Services

Detail 360 provides professional vehicle appearance and protection services, which may include auto detailing, interior

detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, window tinting, fleet and dealer services, marine, RV,

motorcycle, powersports, and related services.


Service availability, pricing, packages, appointment times, and results may vary based on the vehicle, condition, size,

service requested, product availability, weather, scheduling, and other business factors.


3. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change after we

inspect the vehicle or learn more about the condition, size, contamination level, pet hair, stains, odor, oxidation, paint

defects, prior work, or other factors.


We will make reasonable efforts to explain any price changes before performing additional work. Prices, packages,

promotions, and availability may change at any time.


4. Appointments, Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online booking, contact form, text message, in person, or through a booking

or CRM platform that we use.


We may require a deposit to reserve certain appointments, large jobs, ceramic coating work, window tinting work,

marine/RV work, fleet work, or specialty services. Deposit, cancellation, no-show, and rescheduling terms may be shown

at the time of booking or explained by our team.


Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or last-

minute cancellations may result in cancellation fees, deposit forfeiture, or rescheduling limitations, where permitted by

law and disclosed at booking.


5. Vehicle Condition, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and requested services.

Before your appointment, please remove valuables, personal items, firearms, medication, cash, electronics, sensitive

documents, child seats, and anything else you do not want moved or handled. Detail 360 is not responsible for lost,

damaged, or misplaced personal items left in the vehicle.


You authorize Detail 360 and its team members to access, move, start, operate, and reposition your vehicle as

reasonably necessary to perform services, inspect work, park the vehicle, or complete the appointment.


You are responsible for telling us about any special instructions, known leaks, mechanical issues, electrical issues,

aftermarket parts, damaged trim, loose panels, non-working windows, alarms, vehicle wraps, repaint work, prior repairs,

existing damage, or sensitive materials before services begin.


6. Pre-Existing Damage and Service Results

Detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, tinting, cleaning, polishing, and related services can improve the appearance

and protection of a vehicle, but they cannot fix every issue.


Some stains, odors, scratches, chips, dents, oxidation, etching, water spots, embedded contamination, dye transfer,

wear, fading, cracks, peeling clear coat, prior poor repairs, or other defects may be permanent or may only improve

partially.


Detail 360 is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, manufacturer defects, prior repair issues,

weakened materials, loose trim, failing clear coat, worn interior surfaces, or problems that become visible during proper

cleaning, polishing, or inspection.


7. Ceramic Coatings, Paint Correction, and Specialty Services

Ceramic coatings, paint correction, and other specialty services require proper preparation, installation, curing, and

maintenance. Results and durability may vary based on vehicle condition, paint type, usage, storage, washing methods,

environmental exposure, road conditions, and customer maintenance.


Ceramic coating does not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, dent-proof, maintenance-free, or immune to water

spots, chemicals, bird droppings, tree sap, road salt, bugs, hard water, improper washing, or environmental damage.

Any manufacturer warranty or product warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s requirements, exclusions, registration

process, and maintenance rules. You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions we provide.


8. Window Tinting

Window tint laws vary by state and vehicle type. You are responsible for choosing tint that complies with applicable laws

where you drive and register your vehicle. Detail 360 may refuse to install products or perform services that we believe

are unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.


Tint appearance, drying time, curing time, and minor visual effects may vary based on film type, glass condition,

temperature, humidity, vehicle design, and environmental conditions.


9. Photos, Videos, Reviews, and Marketing Materials

We may take photos or videos of vehicles for documentation, quality control, training, internal records, before-and-after

comparisons, service examples, social media, website content, and marketing.


We will use reasonable judgment when posting content publicly and will try to avoid showing personally sensitive

information. If you do not want your vehicle, name, review, or service photos used for public marketing, please tell us in

writing before or during your appointment.


10. Payments

Payment is due as stated at booking, invoicing, pickup, delivery, or completion of services. We may accept cash, credit

card, debit card, financing, electronic payment, or other payment methods that we make available.


Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Detail 360 does not control the security or privacy

practices of third-party payment processors. Please review their terms and privacy policies when applicable.


Unpaid balances may result in collection activity, late fees, cancellation of future appointments, or other remedies

allowed by law.


11. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal or business purposes, such as learning about our services, requesting

information, booking appointments, or contacting us.


You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with website security, submit false information, attempt unauthorized

access, upload malicious code, scrape content, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or harms Detail

360 or others.


12. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The text, images, videos, graphics, logos, service descriptions, layout, and other content on our website are owned by or

licensed to Detail 360, unless otherwise stated.


You may not copy, reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our

written permission.


13. Third-Party Websites, Booking Platforms, and Service Providers

Our website, forms, booking tools, payment tools, communication tools, or text messaging systems may use third-party

service providers. These may include booking systems, CRM platforms, payment processors, website providers,

analytics tools, advertising tools, email providers, SMS providers, and communication platforms, including OrbisX and

Twilio.


Third-party platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy

practices, security, downtime, errors, or actions of third-party platforms.

15. Detail 360 SMS/Text Message Terms and Conditions

This section applies to text messages sent by or on behalf of Detail 360, including text messages sent through our phone

number, CRM, booking platform, or SMS service providers.


Program Name: Detail 360 Text Alerts


Program Description: Detail 360 text messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, quote

follow-ups, scheduling updates, service updates, vehicle status updates, pickup or drop-off information, invoice or

payment reminders, customer support messages, review requests, seasonal service reminders, special offers,

promotions, discounts, events, and other messages related to Detail 360 services.


Opting In: You may opt in to receive text messages from Detail 360 by providing your mobile phone number and giving

consent through one or more approved methods, such as checking an SMS consent box on our website, contact form,

quote request form, booking form, customer intake form, written form, in-person form, or another consent method we

make available.


Marketing Text Consent: By opting in to marketing or promotional text messages, you agree to receive recurring

automated promotional and marketing text messages from Detail 360 at the mobile number you provide. These

messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of

purchasing any goods or services from Detail 360.


Service and Appointment Texts: If you provide your mobile number when requesting a quote, booking an appointment,

purchasing services, or communicating with us, you agree that Detail 360 may send service-related text messages about

your request, appointment, vehicle, transaction, or customer service matter, where permitted by law.


Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Appointment, quote, transaction, and service-related message

frequency depends on your activity with Detail 360. Marketing and promotional text message frequency may vary, but

you may receive up to 4 marketing or promotional text messages per month.


Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages,

data usage, or related services according to your mobile plan.


Opting Out: You may opt out of Detail 360 text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.

You may also use other common opt-out words such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After you opt out, we may send one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will

not receive additional text messages from that text messaging program unless you opt in again.

Delivery: Text message delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by your mobile carrier, your device, signal

availability, network conditions, service outages, filtering, or other factors outside our control. Mobile carriers are not

liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Supported Carriers: Detail 360 text messages are intended for U.S. mobile numbers. Availability may vary by carrier and

location.


Privacy of Mobile Information: We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS

opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service

providers, such as CRM, booking, communication, and SMS delivery providers, to help us send and manage messages

on our behalf. Those service providers are only permitted to use mobile information as needed to provide services to

Detail 360.


Changing Your Mobile Number: If your mobile number changes, you are responsible for notifying Detail 360 or opting out

from the old number.


Eligibility: By opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or

that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number.


16. Email and Phone Communications

If you provide your email address or phone number, we may contact you to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, confirm

appointments, discuss services, send invoices, request feedback, or communicate about your relationship with Detail

360.


You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. Opting out of marketing

communications does not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages related to services, appointments,

transactions, or customer support.


17. Promotions and Offers

Promotions, coupons, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, service

limitations, vehicle limitations, availability, or other restrictions.


Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or

discontinued at any time.


18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided as available and as permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to provide

accurate website information and high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that our website will be error-free,

uninterrupted, or always current.


Service results are affected by many factors, including vehicle condition, age, prior maintenance, prior repairs, materials,

environmental exposure, and customer care after service.


Except for any written warranty provided by Detail 360 or a product manufacturer, we disclaim all warranties to the fullest

extent permitted by law.


19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detail 360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive,

or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of use, loss of value, or inconvenience.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.


20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Detail 360, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service

providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our website, violation

of these Terms, violation of law, or failure to disclose important vehicle information before services are performed.


21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of our website, services, or communications after changes are posted means you accept the

updated terms.
