The Golf Cart Transformation Continues Ahead of Detail 360’s Car Show

September 3, 2026

The golf cart for Detail 360’s upcoming car show is getting quite the transformation.

What started as a golf cart is being turned into a custom showpiece through a series of upgrades from local businesses. From a fresh powder-coated finish to custom graphics, each stop is adding another detail to the project—and the finished cart will eventually have a lucky new owner.

This project is also about more than creating something unique. The golf cart is being raffled to raise funds for AMVETS Post 106 in St. Peters, Missouri, with ticket proceeds supporting the local veteran community.

Another Stop on the Golf Cart Transformation

The golf cart recently made another stop on its journey at King Coatings, where the side steps and bumper received a durable new powder-coated finish.

Powder coating is a popular way to refinish metal components because it provides a tough, durable surface that can handle regular use while giving parts a clean, finished appearance. For a golf cart that will be displayed and used around the car show, upgrading these areas helps give the project a more polished look.

This step is just one part of the larger golf cart transformation.

After the work at King Coatings was completed, the golf cart was ready for its next destination.

From Powder Coating to Custom Graphics

The next stop for the golf cart is Twin Clover Sign and Graphics, where it will receive custom graphics.

This is where the project starts to become even more personalized. Custom graphics can completely change the appearance of a vehicle, and on a project like this, they help bring all of the individual upgrades together.

The powder-coated side steps and bumper provide a fresh foundation, while the custom graphics will add the visual identity that makes the golf cart stand out.

It is exciting to see the project develop one stage at a time rather than revealing everything at once.

Local Businesses Coming Together for One Project

One of the best parts of this golf cart transformation is the number of local businesses contributing their skills to the project.

Each business has a different role, and together those contributions help turn the golf cart into something much more than an ordinary vehicle.

Projects like this also highlight what can happen when local businesses work together. A custom finish, professional graphics, transportation, and event support all become part of one larger community project.

For Detail 360, the golf cart is another opportunity to connect the local automotive and business communities while creating something people can enjoy at the upcoming car show.

Thank You to Rodz-n-Muscle

The golf cart also needed to travel safely from one business to the next.

Detail 360 would like to thank Rodz-n-Muscle, the presenting sponsor of the event, for helping transport the golf cart safely to its next destination.

Moving a customized project between locations requires care, especially as more work is completed and additional parts are added.

Having support from event sponsors and local partners helps make the entire process possible.

The golf cart may be the centerpiece of the project, but there is a community of people and businesses helping move it forward.

The Golf Cart Is Part of a Raffle for AMVETS Post 106

There is an important purpose behind the golf cart transformation.

The finished golf cart will be part of a raffle supporting AMVETS Post 106 in St. Peters, MO. One hundred percent of ticket sales will go toward supporting the local veteran community.

That makes this project more than a custom build or car-show attraction. It gives the community an opportunity to participate in something that supports local veterans while also having a chance to win the finished golf cart.

If you are interested in participating, raffle ticket information is available through Detail 360’s event announcements and social media posts.

More Than a Golf Cart

A project like this is easy to look at simply as a vehicle getting upgraded. But there is more happening behind the scenes.

The golf cart is bringing together:

  • Local automotive and specialty businesses
  • Custom powder coating
  • Professional graphics
  • Event sponsors
  • The local car and bike community
  • Support for AMVETS Post 106
  • Detail 360’s annual car show

Every stop adds another piece to the story.

From the new powder-coated side steps and bumper to the upcoming custom graphics, the transformation is still underway. There will be more to see as the golf cart continues to travel from one local business to another.

The golf cart's journey is leading toward Detail 360’s 4th Annual Car and Bike Show Presented by Rodz n Muscle.

For car enthusiasts and members of the local community, the event will be an opportunity to see the finished golf cart along with the many other vehicles and activities surrounding the show.

The transformation also gives everyone following the project something to look forward to. Instead of seeing the final result all at once, the community gets to watch the golf cart develop through each stage.

From King Coatings to Twin Clover Sign and Graphics, this project is taking shape one stop at a time.

Supporting the Local Community

Detail 360 has always viewed its connection with the local community as an important part of what it does.

The golf cart raffle is another example of how a car-show project can have a purpose beyond the event itself. By directing raffle proceeds toward AMVETS Post 106, the project helps support an organization serving veterans in the St. Peters community.

At the same time, working with local businesses gives everyone involved a chance to contribute their expertise to something the community can enjoy.

That combination—cars, local businesses, community involvement, and a good cause—is what makes this golf cart project special.

The Transformation Isn't Finished Yet

The golf cart still has another stop to make, and the custom graphics from Twin Clover Sign and Graphics will be another major part of its transformation.

We'll be following the project as it continues toward the car show, so keep an eye out for the next update.

What started as a golf cart is becoming a custom piece created through the efforts of several local businesses and community partners—and ultimately, it will help support AMVETS Post 106 in St. Peters, Missouri.
